Our story
For almost forty years, the Phil-Mar family has welcomed customers and their dogs onto this hilltop in Rushville. What started as a small kennel has grown into a true pet estate — but the promise has never changed: your dog is family while they're here.
We offer boarding and grooming alongside open space for exercise and free time, so guests come home happy, healthy, and a little tired out. Many of our families have been with us for decades — and their dogs still can't get out of the car fast enough.

What we offer
Comfortable, supervised overnight stays with plenty of room to roam. Open-ended reservations welcome — we'll send updates while you're away, whether it's a weekend or a few weeks.
Baths, brush-outs, and full grooms that send your dog home looking — and smelling — amazing. Gentle, patient, and done with the same care we'd give our own.
Acres of fenced, grassy yard mean real exercise and real free time — not a concrete run. Room to stretch their legs, sniff around, and just be a dog.

Set on a quiet hilltop outside Canandaigua, the property gives every guest room to run, rest, and watch a Finger Lakes sunset.
